Sydney Wrestling Academy Gym Strength and Conditioning

The SWA gym is open 7 days a week to the general public and offers professional strength and conditioning equipment including sleds, assault bikes, power racks, benches, barbells, bumper plates, dumbbells, kettlebells, pull up bars, dip bars and Olympic Rings.

For interested wrestlers and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu practitioners, our coaches also teach wrestling specific strength and conditioning exercises.
